Embedded Firmware Engineer

Bengaluru, India

1.5-2 Years

Develop firmware for Industrial IoT and embedded products, working closely with hardware and software teams to build reliable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop firmware for STM32, ARM, Atmel, PIC and similar MCU platforms.
Debug, validate and optimize embedded software.
Perform unit, integration and system-level testing.
Collaborate with hardware teams for product development and troubleshooting.
Optimize performance, memory utilization and power consumption.
Support product deployment and manufacturing activities.
Document firmware architecture and technical designs.

Required Skills

1.5–2 years of experience in Embedded Firmware Development.
Strong programming skills in Embedded C and C++.
Experience with ARM, STM32, Atmel, PIC or similar microcontrollers.
Understanding of embedded systems, device drivers and communication protocols.
Experience with UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS485 and Modbus.
Familiarity with debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and debuggers.
Experience with Keil, STM32CubeIDE, MPLAB or similar development tools.

Good to Have

RTOS experience.
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or GSM-based device development.
Linux or Python scripting knowledge.
Exposure to Industrial IoT products.
